In October 2024, Comet C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan-ATLAS) finished its trip from the Oort Cloud and around the sun to peak out just after sunset to provide a show for Northern Hemisphere observers. This was the first comet I could see naked eye, and the first photography of a comet I captured that isn't just a point of light.
